Thank you to @earnies_light x @angelk1 x @ghettotherapycle for the opportunity to collaborate on Ernie’s second annual Celebration of Life.

@angelk1 wanted to share this celebration of her son with her community. It was an honor to help capture a day dedicated to his memory and the lives he touched.

On October 14 at Ghetto Therapy, the community came together to celebrate Ernie’s life and raise awareness about suicide prevention through open conversations and support for those who are struggling.

@earnies_light and @ghettotherapycle are more than organizations. They are places for people to be heard, build connections, and find support within their community.

The most powerful part of this collaboration wasn’t the presentation. It was what happened when people felt safe enough to tell the truth.

We laughed together.
We ate together.
We cried together.
Most importantly, we healed together.

I’m not here to sugarcoat transformation. I’m here to help people confront what is keeping them stuck, recognize their power, and become the best version of who they already are.

That is the work behind The Business of You™.

The first business you’ll ever own is yourself, and it’s time to start operating like the CEO of your life.

If your organization, school, community, or program is ready for this experience, DM “ALIGNMENT.”

Behavior reveals. Alignment transforms.

Real community change doesn’t begin with performance. It begins with truth.

AHB Professional Coaching LLC and Ghetto Therapy created a space where people could listen, reflect, and confront what alignment really requires.

We laughed together.
We ate together.
We cried together.
Most importantly, we healed together.

The Business of You™ is not motivation for the moment. It is a self-discovery and alignment experience designed to help people stop surviving and start operating like the CEO of their lives.

Organizations, schools, community leaders, and programs:

If your people are ready for a real conversation that leads to real work, DM “ALIGNMENT” to bring The Business of You™ to your organization.

Behavior reveals. Alignment transforms.

Yesterday, we kicked off our Fall Join Week with an afternoon to Recharge & Reconnect. Young professionals came together with @waltpatton_ with @ghettotherapycle for an honest conversation around mental health, burnout, and the importance of creating healthier practices for ourselves while navigating work, life, and everything in between.

A special thank you to the Midtown Collaborative Center for hosting us and to the mental health specialist @_dappadan & @yuri_crown888 for creating a space for an impactful and much-needed conversation. Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Join us for the remainder of our Fall Join Week.

IF THE GHETTO IS A BAD PLACE TO LIVE, WHY IS IT A GOOD PLACE TO PROFIT?

This was the topic of the night as we took a moment to celebrate the birthday of Walter Patton, Creator of Ghetto Therapy!

We laugh together.
We cry together.
We eat together.
Most importantly, we heal together.
