A day @spring_ldn kitchens is an immersive experience, surrounded by the finest of ingredients, sourced from the best suppliers. This was a 🦀 salad of piquant beauty & included fennel; endive; apple; a Verjus dressing & a scattering of petals & springs of chervil from @fernverrow @heckfieldhomefarm. Watching its construction (“Skye always wanted height on the plate”) & being encouraged to have a go, is always a joyful task. Now to try it at home … Swipe to see some of the other culinary works of art, all tasting as good as they look, served in the marble, sunlit interior of the New Wing at Somerset House. Often with a 🥂 @coatesandseely. #coatesandseely #springrestaurantlondon

Looking back over memorable experiences in a very hot August - this was dinner at Winsome, named in the National Restaurant awards, as one of 4 Manchester restaurants, to be amongst the best in the UK. Staying in the neighbouring beautiful Derbyshire Peak District & realising we were close, we drove into the city on the spur of the moment, for dinner. It was a slightly cooler temperature than Hampshire, which came as a relief. @winsome_mcr is situated in a Grade ll listed former warehouse, surrounded by cobbled streets, with a lively, happening, atmosphere. Co-founders above - L Tom & R Shaun - steeped in high-end London restaurant experience, knew what they wanted in setting up in Manchester. The food is delicious “Thoughtful British cooking, celebrating seasonal ingredients”. The vibe is a good mix of informal & stylish & @coatesandseely is BTG. I can’t wait to return & explore the city further. C&S empty Magnums are used as candle holders, right on brand. Thank you Tom & Shaun for such a warm welcome & good table, despite little advance notice. #coatesandseely #winsomerestaurant #manchesterrestaurant

This cheerful group all work in @cubitthouse elegant pubs in Belgravia; Nottinghill; Marylebone & Mayfair - where @coatesandseely is BTG in each site & poured enthusiastically. The food is great: using locally sourced ingredients where possible & cooked imaginatively, with a twist, under Executive chef & author Ben Tish, whom I had the fun experience of working with @princessroyalnottinghill for a C&S dinner not so long ago. Their enthusiasm today was palpable - the decibels in the dining room reached a new high & we are delighted to have met so many of them & shown them the vineyards & winery. #coatesandseely #cubitthouse #ghfdrinks

Bitter, bold and very Italian, it’d be rude not to celebrate Negroni Week. To mark the occasion, we’ve added three special Negronis at £13 each to the menu, each putting their own spin on the classics. Keep things clean with the Bianco, made with pear‑infused gin for a refreshing lift. Go sharp and zesty with the Rosato, bringing together pomegranate‑infused white rum and fresh lime. Or, if you’re after a nightcap, try the Bruno, fat‑washed bourbon, smoky, delicious, and hard to resist. Pick your pour, all three are available from today until the end of the week, across all our sites (Monday 21st — Sunday 27th). @angelacooking | @chef.embrightman | @chefshaunfrancome | @ghfdrinks | @saplingspirits | @fieldenwhisky | @cocchi1891
