After 7 months of research and development...I made my first hand-made pair, using the shape of the 1985 Nike air Jordan 1. I'd never used a sewing machine before this project, so I started from scratch. My aim was to be as close as possible to the 1985 pair, respecting the materials, the shape, the paint shade and the design process. So I started with @maxio6 's patterns, then bought my leather, fabrics, stitching threads, sewing machine, screen printing frame with wings logo (Made on illustrator )…and finally a pair of Jordan 1 mid to get the soles ! The tongue tags are from talented brothers @bs_____studio , the hang tag is from @ghostfacefilla and The shoe last is from @xylar_studio Also, I deliberately yellowed the sole and cracked the collar to give it that vintage look. This pair isn't perfect, there are lots of details I'm going to work on, but it's wearable and I don't intend to stop here...

🚧Vvetica_sans.ttf 🚧 Have you gotten the font? This free downloadable font has been sent to all our subscribers❤️ We asked ourselves how to create a tribute to him as a fellow artist and human, while keeping it authentic. The answer was already in front of us: his handwriting, itself symbolic of his mark in the world. We researched countless pictures of his "Handwritten Helvetica" notes, broke apart the alphabets individually, and pieced them together as a font to be downloaded for free. Swipe to see what the community has typed?

“Metallic” . . . . . Picked these up a few months back. Just now getting around to taking some photos of them. Had been wanting these a long time. The best Metallic 1 CW, in my humble opinion. Where do they rank for you? . . . . . #Jordan #AirJordan #AirJordan1 #Jordan1 #Jordan1Metallic #nike #jumpman #justdoit #sneakers #sneakerhead #kicks #freshkicks #shoes #instagram
