On July 26th, Vine & Dine whisks you away to the sun soaked Campania region of Southern Italy! Home to Naples, Capri, and the stunning Amalfi Coast. 🇮🇹✨

This unforgettable evening will showcase the vibrant ingredients that make Campania a culinary treasure: juicy San Marzano tomatoes, creamy bufala mozzarella, fragrant lemons, and the freshest seafood. 🍅🧀🍋🦞

From the first bite to the last sip, you’ll experience dishes inspired by coastal villages and volcanic soil- layered with bright, bold flavors and deep rooted tradition. Our sommelier @theperrinwolfe will pair each course with expressive Campanian wines- each glass chosen to elevate the flavors and transport your palate.

We’ll end the evening with our own house-made limoncello, crafted in homage to the lemon groves of the Amalfi coast. 🌙✨

Join us on the event lawn for this alfresco celebration of Southern Italy. At $100 per person, this is the best kept secret in the valley.

📍Seats are limited. Link in bio to reserve.

TEKUS FAM TAKES THE SOUTH WEST ~ Bryce Canyon ~ Capitol Reef ~ Moab ~ Arches ~ Dead Horse Point ~ Canyonlands ~ Aspen ~ my daughter Ruby has recently dubbed me Jay “Too Much” Tekus…why?… because if I’m less than an hour from a national park, best believe we’re hittin it. They are tired of hikes and rocks and the car and I get it, but I don’t plan cross the Utah state line anytime soon unless I have a snowboard…so we saw as much as we could handle (18 days, 5143 miles, 9 National parks, 1 state park, dozen+ national forests and more chicken fingers & fries than I care to count). Most important, we got to chill with both my bros in one place, which is increasingly rare, and I met my new nephew Caspian! Yesterday we decided to turn 3x8hr drives into two 12s. Looking forward to returning to The Land and seeing all those faces we love!

Thanks to everyone who braved the hot asphalt to hear these amazing humans talk about how we make it possible for people to live, work and thrive in culinary. One piece of the puzzle is tackling mental health challenges in the industry. Today’s focus was on the work of @mulvaneyinsac @ghostcheftekus @piecraftsman @ahpalmerton here at @slowfoodusa in #Denver

Last night of service for me with the team @7908aspen. I made family meal and had the whole team sit down together. Nothing better. It’s been a true pleasure getting to spend the last 10 weeks with you. You’ll forever be in my heart. Now let’s crush this final Saturday night service. #aspen #travelingchef #chef #cooks #chelife #restaurantbiz #food #tacopartay
