What started as a simple gathering of 10–12 men… became 35+ strong 🙌🏾🔥

From every corner of the city, from every walk of life… men came together united by one thing — LOVE ❤️
No titles, no barriers, just brotherhood, fellowship, and belonging.

There are moments when you plan something… and God completely expands the vision 📈✨
This was one of those nights.
A reminder that when men come together in alignment, something powerful is birthed 💪🏾

This men’s gathering is not just growing… it’s EVOLVING 🔥
And this is only the beginning.

Tap in, stay connected, and be part of what’s happening.
Until next time… enjoy this recap of Our version of the And1 Mixtape 🏀🎥🔥

**Coach Appreciation Post**

We are incredibly grateful to have such dedicated and passionate leaders guiding our Wolves.

For the U15s, Coach JJ and Coach Adrian continue to set the standard. Both are deeply committed to developing our wolves, consistently reinforcing our core values, the 3Es (Energy, Effort and Enthusiasm), while challenging our players to compete at a high level every day. Their leadership goes beyond skill development; they are shaping character and accountability. The extra hours are noticed.

Coach Malcom and Coach Deon embody the true meaning of hard work and unity. Their philosophy is simple: if one struggles, we all struggle, and when one wins, we all win. They are building resilient, relentless competitors who play with intensity and for each other until the final whistle.

What makes our staff special is that every coach is still a student of the game. They continue to play, learn, and grow, bringing that same passion, knowledge, and fighting spirit into every practice and every game.

At Apex, coaching is more than instruction; it’s mentorship, leadership, and example. We appreciate the energy, sacrifice, and commitment our coaches pour into our Wolves each day. The foundation being built now will last far beyond the season. 🐺

Ever seen 12 years in 50 seconds? #WeSetTheTrendz

The 2024 edition of Diana’s @beautyinyouhairnmakeup showcase entitled ‘We Set The Trendz’ kicked off on May 10th, featuring a large array of black Torontonian talent. Musicians, vendors and successful panellists discussing entrepreneurship were among the many that shared their contributions to black art in the city.

It was a night of hope, resilience and fearlessness as Diana shared her journey and applauded her community for their hard work, love and dedication.

Here are some of the beautiful performances from the night, including an incredible set by @carlosmorganmusic, party anthems by @johnny_riches and the smooth songs of Shar James (@/sharjames2970 on YouTube) . Hit records spun by DJ Smooth B and DJ Love Jones kept the show jumping all night✨
