The haunting season is upon us and Vernon’s notorious Halloween house has lots of fun planned! Join the @ghosttoursofvernon for their Haunted Houses of East Hill tour featuring the Caetani House on the evenings of Oct. 28, 29 and 30! Led by your knowledgeable guide Lady Amelia Antonia Serafina Sirianni, this walking tour of Lower East Hill starts at Justice Park at 6:30 PM and takes you up the supernatural highway that is Pleasant Valley Road. There you will learn about all the haunted happenings in one of Vernon’s oldest colonial neighbourhoods. Best of all, you will get to warm your bones, or maybe get more chills, by coming inside the Caetani mansion. You’ll be led up the winding staircase where unexplained phenomena has taken place. There will be time to look around the Caetani museum, have a bathroom break, and shop for some freaky items and Caetani merch in the gift shop. Learn more and purchase tickets by visiting the link in our bio. The Caetani House will also be open on Halloween night between 5 and 8 pm for all trick or treaters. Come to the side door (like the children did back in the ‘50s and ‘60s, to meet Sveva and Miss Jüül). You will welcomed inside, by donation, to learn about the Caetani family and to see their fascinating collections, artworks, home movies, and more. Treats will be given! Gift shop will be open! Fun will be had! #CaetaniCentre #vernonbc #caetanihouse #ghosttoursofvernon #hauntedhalloweentours #trickortreat #ExploreVernon #thingstodoinvernon
