@ghosttownstudio contributions to "Art of Modern Rock: The Poster Explosion" book by Paul Grushkin & Dennis King published in 2004

Definitely cool seeing this in person as Pete Cardoso talked about how being published was one of his greatest achievements. I can absolutely understand why! This is an amazing retrospective of this art form and I highly recommend picking up a copy

This podcast project has become something much more than I anticipated when first dreaming it up nearly 8 years ago. This poster is a symbol of much of that. Here are some kind words from 3 artists that mean so much to me. It's truly an honor that I've been able to interview them and help share their stories!

Thank you to Jonah Matranga, Joseph Grillo, and Pete Cardoso!! Thank you to Paul from @torjohnsonrecords and Casey from @iodinerecordings for helping to coordinate some of this as well. But above all, thank you to YOU for listening and supporting this podcast and these incredibly important people in music

Now I need to get this poster framed 🖼️

Inside @ghosttownstudio, some of the process creating the poster for this year's @solidsoundfest at @massmoca presented by Pete's long-time collaborators @wilco

The full episode with Cardoso has him sharing the story of creating his first poster for Wilco just after "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" was released and how he's been a part of Solid Sound since its inception so many years ago

I may need to have Jason Kendall on the podcast sometime to get to the bottom of Peter Cardoso's first RI 5 answer? 🤔 (It's come up before too haha)

Here's a classic poster @ghosttownstudio did for @amazingroyalcrowns tour back in 2001!!!

Check out the great tour archives on The Amazing Royal Crowns site royaltotheloyal.com and give a listen to the latest mini-episode with Pete anywhere you find podcasts
