What a way to begin another trip around the sun. 🤍

My birthday weekend started at Barry’s, moving my body with my family — sweating, laughing, breathing, and feeling so deeply grateful to be alive, healthy, and surrounded by love.

That one moment turned into a whole weekend of magic.

A beautiful dinner with my kids, their friends, my blended family, my sister-in-law, my closest friends, their husbands, and even a friend who flew in from Arizona just to be there. Lunch with my mom and my son. Father’s Day with my blended family. Love pouring in from every direction.

There were moments I had to pause and really take it in.

The messages, the notes, the wishes… they became a reflection. I had to stop and think, wow — this is how people see me. This is how I show up. And how grateful I am that the people I love were open enough to let me know.

Turning another year older feels special. Sacred, actually.

Maybe in this physical form I’m closer to the end than the beginning… but in spirit, there is no end. There is only learning, growing, evolving, surrendering, loving deeper, and leveling up.

My heart is full.
My life is full.
And I am so grateful.

Thank you for the birthday love.
Thank you for seeing me.
Thank you for walking this life with me.

What a magical birthday. 🤍✨

And at SK Plastic Surgery… Dr. Kim, the neck is next. Please and thank you. 😉
