September 2026 will forever be one of, if not the most memorable, redemptive months in the history of my life. I can’t believe how much God poured out into my life during this incredible time, and it’s literally just the beginning of the season. God doesn’t promise a life free of suffering, in fact on the contrary, we will always encounter hardships. But the promise that outshines even that to me is the promise that He will never leave nor forsake us and that he equips us to endure such things. September 2026 will be remembered as a turning point and a huge step forward in whatever is ahead in life for me. So many cool things happened this past month that would never be possible without the pain of the past. It makes everything that much sweeter, and I couldn’t be more blessed to do life with all of the people I call family and friends. Thank the Lord for such sweet blessings. Only more cool things to come!

Dear Theta 💛

It’s hard to believe it’s time to say goodbye to something that has felt like home for so long.

Theta was never just four years to me. It was the stories passed down from my mom, the women who welcomed me in, the friendships that carried me through college, and the privilege of helping pass those traditions on to the next generation of Thetas.

Somewhere between late nights, chapter meetings, laughter, traditions, and growing pains, this place became part of who I am. Thank you to every Theta woman who loved me, challenged me, encouraged me, and helped shape me into the person I’m becoming.

If there’s one thing Theta taught me, it’s this: lead with love. It will never do you wrong.

Following Jesus is fun & it’s more fun to do it together !!

Just crossed the finish line of another semester w @verticalwaco & it’s a special one.

I shared a rookie year w these Seniors. They were Freshman during my first year back in Waco. Together, we have grown by taking 1 faithful next step at a time.

I have fallen more in love w Jesus bc they have taught my things like:

•Don’t do anything half heartedly bc Jesus went to the cross fully for you.
•God is better than you think He is
•Do it scared. God is with you & will help you. Isaiah 41:13
•Pick something & go all in.

Launching students never gets easier. So taking a second to say I love my past, present, & future Vert fam. Let’s keep following Jesus the rest of our lives.

The last few months have been filled with some of the most joyous celebrations and some of the hardest, scariest trials. But, I am so grateful to have the sweetest community to walk alongside as I learn to trust deeper that the Lord is good and faithful through every season 💙🤍💙 #hugyopeople

GUESS WHAT DAY IT IS!!! G BIRTHDAY!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 in honor of the occasion you know i had to share some of my fav giana/wrecks pics (and a few that have absolutely nothing to do with the wrecks but just felt right🙂‍↕️)
a fun fact about me and giana is that we met online before freshman year of college, BOTH LIED TO EACH OTHER about our music tastes to make the other one think we were cool, and then decided to room together. a few months later giana brought me to a driver era concert because she had an extra ticket, and this one band just happened to be opening… i think it’s safe to say our music tastes have come a long way :)))
