“Never Too Late...” (Second edition; 2010) . As the confinement goes on, and we all try the best we can to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe from harm; we try to go on with whatever projects we can still make happen... . I would like to thank those of you who had some pertinent comments to make, with regards to the previous post, and I hope that this one will help answer some other questions you may have concerning this book, and why I had never made any others. . I had been on and off in contact with Björn Almqvist and Tobias Lindblad from @dokumentpress as well these last few years, who tried to get me to commit to a book; but there was ALWAYS something else going on that seems more urgent that came up, as opposed to locking myself away to start collecting photos, drawings, and writing text. . I had thought that; if I was to have to make “proper” books, they would have to be in at least three formats covering; 1) my outdoor pieces, and the sketches that went with them, 2) a book with only sketches (as @galleriapatriciaarmocida suggested I could make with @lucabarcellona ); or maybe sketches and gallery or studio-work, and then 3) a book with only photos of my travels and the wonderful friends I did great things with, or the places I visited, food I ate and so on... . As you can see from this second sneak-peek, the photos of the things that are of interest to ME, the things that would never have come up in any “graffiti”-publication, but they represent what drives my philosophy on life, and the way I do what I do. The chronology of the drawings also show the drift away from the 1985 to the late 90s period, as I started spending more time by myself than with the different crew I would run with in my youth. . Whether it is my love for good food (which doesn't necessarily mean expensive food), or askig myself why computer-assisted design of cars makes them all look the same; we start asking ourselves other questions in life, as we get older... . In the meantime, @urban_spree and I are still moving ahead on the preparations for the launch; so stay tuned... and stay safe🤞🏾😷🏠✊🏾 . #mode2official #mode2 #nevertoolate #urbanspree
