Pinching myself over this one! 🇮🇹✨ Imagine closing down India Street in Little Italy to host the ultimate feast—a massive table where friends, family, and neighbors came together to be wined, dined, and treated to endless incredible Italian food and desserts. 🍝🍷
Just when we thought the night couldn’t get any more magical, we got the news: both the City of San Diego AND the State of California officially declared October 11th—and every October 11th BUSALACCHI DAY! 🎉 proclamation style!
Words can’t describe how proud I am to be part of this family and to witness years of hard work, passion, and dedication come to such an unforgettable fruition.
If you haven’t experienced Bar Busa here in San Diego yet, you are seriously missing out. Come celebrate with us, grab a drink, and taste what makes this family so special! 🥂❤️

Your sport may be different. Your foundation isn’t.

Every athlete deserves to feel strong, recover well, and perform with confidence.

It doesn’t start with supplements.

It starts with what’s on your plate.
🥩 Protein
🧈 Healthy fats
🥦 Fiber-rich carbohydrates
🧂 Mineral-rich foods
Build your meals the same way you build your training—with consistency.
Real food builds real athletes. 💚

If you’re looking for simple ways to fuel before practice, recover after games, and support long-term performance, I just shared my newest blog: Fueling the Athlete.
It’s packed with practical nutrition tips you can start using today.
🔗 Read it through the link in my bio and share it with an athlete or sports parent who is looking for more ways to help their athlete.
