May is my lady month! Where I post photos of the amazing women I get to be surrounded with working in the service industry. Celebrating all the wonderful contributions that these women bring to this talented community. Gianna and I met on this set, all purple glitter and candy stripes, on what felt like the hottest day of the year and it all fucking worked, the test shots could have been a wrap and instantly I wished I’d brought my film camera to shoot with. The room was filled with easy laughter and everyone involved was quick to jump on the creative vision she was weaving. In the day to day I can’t begin to say how much I love her style the way she explores her physical creative voice never tethered to one idea. Dear Friends and Family,
I hope this post finds you all healthy, in high-spirits, and sheltered-in-place. I know that every single one of us is feeling a tremendous weight right now so I'm very grateful for your time to read this and check out our new club. Today, we announce the launch of the BV BOTTLE CLUB www.bvbottleclub.com - link in bio. A fundraiser for our teams and bars with one-of-a-kind private selection single barrel spirits, and club tastings for you! The site has all the info you need to learn about the club.

As I'm sure you all are aware, the Impact of COVID-19 has been disastrous for us and all others in hospitality. Two of my businesses, @trickdogbar and @bonvoyagebar! ordinarily employ 50 people between them. A few days ago, we, and so many others across the country, did the unimaginable and laid off everyone from their bars/restaurants, in the interest of complying with public health / social distancing mandates, positioning our employees to collect unemployment, and hibernating the businesses to protect our limited resources in efforts to weather this indefinite period of crisis. The plywood is now up over both and we are sheltered-in-place. We are sad, but we're ready to endure. Coded into the DNA of @the_bonvivants and @bvhospitality is a set of philanthropic values. Since 2010, we have raised and donated through the businesses over a $600,000 to non-profits that we believe in. We like so many in the hospitality industry have dedicated ourselves for a long time, to the use of our businesses as platforms to advocate and help others. Now we find ourselves in a much different position. Today, we are the ones in need of help. Join the BV Bottle Club now, get amazing bottles, and help the Bon Voyage! and Trick Dog fam.
We're selling memberships for $1,000 each (up to 100 total). You got three of our single barrel bottles immediately. And seven more future selections to come when we make them.
