4 years and a degree later… thank you @universityoflouisville for giving me the best four years I could’ve asked for. ❤️

Going into freshman year, I had no sense of purpose or direction and barely knew anyone in Louisville. Looking back now, I realize that’s exactly what college is supposed to be about. It became so much more than classes or earning a degree. College was about the people I met, the memories I made, the trips I took, endless nights at Osheas and Granny, late-night heart-to-hearts with my roommates, Taco Bell runs, and everything in between.

Somewhere along the way, I found lifelong friendships, discovered parts of myself I never knew existed, and learned more in my college apartment than I ever could’ve inside a classroom . Every stressful night, tear shed, and exam along the way was worth it. If I could relive these last four years just to spend more time with the same people, I would in a heartbeat. Because it turns out the most expensive thing I got from college wasn’t my degree…it was the friends that became family and the city that turned into a home❤️ #l1c4
