Small dump from @pittpowerfit ⚫️🟡

Check out @natty_news_daily for a few clips I grabbed from the NPC Natural Pittsburgh today 💪🏻 I had a great time meeting with new & old friends while watching the show & walking around the expo. In hindsight I should have grabbed a few more personal photos!!

Congratulations to Lucas on his Pro Debut at @mr.america_official!
It was an incredible, well-run show with a stacked lineup of top champions. While we came up short, Lucas proudly secured 7th place out of 15 pro competitors. I’m extremely proud of the package he brought to the stage, he showcased hard work, discipline, and professionalism every step of the way.
The goal now is simple: improve and return with an undeniable package next time. Valuable insights were gained from this prep, and as we officially close out the competition season, we’re shifting focus to the Improvement Season. #teamgentlebeasts

The Bodybuilding community is like a box of chocolates. 🍫 never know who is nice and who is naughty. BUT when you meet good people and are a good person you make connections. It was a PLEASURE meeting or just seeing again all of the athletes and individuals I’ve spoken to in the past. There’s a bit of solace when you meet likeminded people who went through or felt the same as you did.

A memory I won’t forget to step on the stage at the Mr America to share the stage with some of the best competitors being my own coach and through trial and error I haven’t reached my full potential in my physique that I wanted but I’m close and learning every time till then it was an honor congrats to the winners each and everyone was a winner🤝🫡💪

Pro Debut 🇺🇸✨Mr. America 2025

What an unforgettable experience returning to step on the legendary Mr. America stage for my Pro Debut here, Last time I was here I was an amateur, This time now standing beside over 20+ of the best Natural Pros from all federations. Our lineup was 13+ deep, and even though I didn’t advance to finals this time, I couldn’t be more proud of the look me and my coach @idoljimm brought to that stage⚡️

Every show is a new lesson, Every prep is another chance to evolve. Being up there with everyone, I know I belong up there with the best and that just makes me hungrier to keep growing, keep improving, and come back better than ever 👊🏼💯

Thank you @mr.america_official for putting on an incredible event the energy, production, and all the athletes were next-level. The best part of it all? Meeting so many amazing competitors, creating new friendships, and sharing this moment with my family by my side❤️

My family is my purpose, my motivation, and my reason why. For them, I’m already a winner 🙏🏼 I’m just here to inspire others to do what they love , chase their dreams, and always be the best version of yourself ✨ Leading by example.
All glory to God for allowing me to do what I love and keep chasing this purpose☝🏼

We’re just getting started
Till next time🇺🇸 we’ll come back even better, The best version of me is still in progress 💫🤝🏼

First off, huge congratulations to @gianthedonn for taking 1st place 🥇 at his very first ever NPC Natural show this past weekend at the NPC Natural Capital Classic Show amd short of the overall title by one spot . Thanks to the promoters , staff and judges for an amazing show .
This prep wasn’t easy, Lucas battled through being sick three different times , an ankle injury, and traveling with limited resources ( all costing him nearly two months of prep) . Despite all that, we made the decision just 7 days out to step on stage… and we pulled it off. To see him rise above all of that and still shine on stage was a truly proud moment.
Now, with this win, he’s officially qualified for the Ben Weider Naturals but first, the next stop is his Pro Debut at Mr. America. #teamgentlebeasts
