Late to the party, but I had an amazing time at @rebelscumconofficial back in August! As usual at cons for me, I was a creature of the panel room more often than not….but in addition to seeing all the awesome guests and interviewers I got to talk with a bunch of folks throughout! So surreal (in the best way!) to see personalities I’ve seen through screens of various sizes come to life :) MVP of the con goes to @actuallybrandon / @talkingbay94 for being so welcoming and sharing so much joy across all three days! #fabulouso It was also nice getting to more properly meet @intoalargerworldproject properly after not speaking up in London, and similarly get to talk to and thank @starwarsexplained / @molliemander after a bit of imposter syndrome in Tokyo where I accidentally found myself in a conversation with them and a pair of journalists after a publishing panel 😅 And plenty of others to shout out in the next few captions…. ➡️ #starwars #rebelscumcon #yubyubcommander ↖️ @actuallybrandon / @talkingbay94 kicking off the event with a great panel interviewing @michaelastackpole ! Brandon ended up calling an audible and fit in a couple audience questions at the end, including one from me. Also got to talk with Mike a couple times, which was delightful! ↗️ Got to meet Dolores from Imperial HR, AKA @sunflowerstardust ! Very fun after seeing and taking joy from her videos for years….and got a citation for being “out of uniform” when she heard that I’ve never gotten around to following through on a costume for a con! ⬇️ @theraeside and @officialcarlyking hosting an awesome panel with stunt performers from Mando & Grogu! A real milestone moment, coming together with friends, industry professionals and supporters of the brand to celebrate five years of my brand at London Fashion Week, at the iconic Lilibets in London, alongside my extraordinary Grey Goose Altius family @greygoose it was such a heartwarming evening to pause, reflect on the past five years, laugh far too hard, and make new memories with the people who have become such an important part of my journey. I came to London 12 years ago and, somewhere along the way, built what feels like my own family. A tribe of people who work their asses off to build a dream, who wake up every morning and choose to create, to bring a little beauty into this world, and hopefully, a little hope too.
