ɢɪʟᴇꜱ ꜰᴏʀᴇᴍᴀɴ ᴡᴀꜱ ʜᴇʀᴇ, ɪɴ ɢʀᴇᴀᴛ ꜱʜᴀᴘᴇ, ʟᴇᴀᴠɪɴɢ ᴀ ʟɪᴛᴛʟᴇ ʙɪᴛ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ꜱᴇᴄʀᴇᴛ ᴀʀᴛ ᴏꜰ ᴍᴏᴠᴇᴍᴇɴᴛ ᴡɪᴛʜ ᴜꜱ. Intense, intimate, all-consuming days. Pretty freaking amazing! Can we say that? INSANE? Well, we just can’t hide our excitement. You know that feeling when an experience leaves you with this kind of magical energy and you find yourself skipping around for days? Yep, that’s us! The Laban-Malmgren technique takes us on a journey into the human psyche. Through its four dimensions of movement : Flow, Weight, Time and Space, we explore the unexpected and all the beautiful complexities of being human. We also drank about a hundred coffees… ☕️ Giles will be back! Big love to everyone who was there, who brought their bodies and hearts into the room. We’re still buzzing from it all! 🎬 Trois minutes. 🎂 August 2026 🎉 How was this already a month ago?! I never would have imagined celebrating my 35th birthday in London, but I wouldn't have had it any other way! Easily one of the top ten birthdays of my life, and that is majorly due to spending it with such fun people in such a fabulous city. A fabulous city that I am thrilled to call home for the next two years, as I have been accepted into the GFCA 2 year Director-Actor program! 🎇🌠🎆 It was a great (and admittedly nerve-wracking) honor to audition for you Dana, Giles, Janet, and Lindsay - I'm so excited for classes to start in a week, thank you for having me! To all the beautiful souls I met during this summer intensive, I wish you nothing but the very best in all your creative endeavors. Each of you is a unique artist with a special journey, which I felt privileged to learn about in class together. Thank you for being so open and vulnerable during the exercises, and so passionate in your craft. I can't wait to see what the future holds for us all! P.S. I tried to tag everyone but instagram limits it to 20 so please @ those I couldn't! P.P.S. Yes I did cry when you all sang happy birthday (don't judge me) 🥹 💜 XOXO
