Meet Gus, our Employee of the Month.

He doesn’t talk much, but he works hard. During the morning rush, he’s quietly chewing through puck after puck while we stay focused on making coffee.

It’s only been a short while, but at pillar, we already see him as one of our best

Need someone to take care of your dirty pucks without making a mess? Check out the Monster Puck Cleaner Pro at @btc_supplyco and give Gus a shout.

8 years at @offshootcoffee . What a ride.

It’s time for me to say goodbye.

It’s been an incredible journey, and I’ve genuinely loved every minute of it. I’m proud of what we built, the people along the way, and the growth we achieved together.

For a humble little roastery in Perth, seeing our coffee reach across the world 🌐 has been something really special. To know we made an impact, met incredible people along the way, and made some great friends through it all means a lot.

I’m especially proud of the team and what’s been built. It’s something special, and I know Offshoot is in great hands.

This chapter has been a huge part of my life, and one I’ll always carry with me.

Right now, I feel grateful, fulfilled, and ready to take a moment to pause. To reset, spend time with family, and create a bit of space before whatever comes next.

Alongside that, I’m continuing to take on consultancy work and am always keen to connect on collaborations. If you’re looking for support with roasting, coffee strategy, product development, or training, feel free to reach out.

I’m not done, not even close.
Just closing this chapter on a high note.

Let’s see what the next one brings.

BLOCK events are always about community and sharing good coffee, and OH LORDT🙏🏼 our cupping event a few weeks back at @diggydooscoffee was no different.
What a turnout!
Our mission since our beginning was always to bring the coffee community, the passionate public and our amazing producers together and bridge the gap between, and this event proved that all our work so far was worth it.
We are always proud to showcase our relationship with the Janson Estates and our confidence when we present these amazing coffees are at pinnacle when we do so that you all for showing up, supporting by purchasing the tickets and for appreciating the vibes
