Was will man mehr? 😍

After years of competitive rhythmic gymnastics, you learn one big truth: muscles have memory. Even after time off, your body remembers the strength, the precision, and the effort behind every single movement.
It’s written into your DNA. 🩰✨

Come sempre per me, dipende.

I keep my inner rebel alive by refusing to obey a past version of me that tries to keep me small, in the scarcity, in the not enoughness.

I rise against those thoughts, actions and values because they no longer align with who I want to be.

This identity work is how I expanded into a leader of leaders. And it will expand you too.

Ps on the topic of rebels…

In my opinion the true rebels of the electronic music scene are the ones who break the norms of partying on drgz & alcohol, and instead get high on music and dance.

Too often I see people using their rebellious personality as an excuse to self-destruct.

Is it time to rebel against a version of you that no longer serves ?

Sometimes a vacation is exactly what you need to reach new heights. 🌴💪

Today I visited @gilifit gym on Gili Trawangan. This place is magic! I finally hit a goal I’ve been chasing:
100 kg deadlift × 3 reps. 🎉

Then I lowered the weight to 90 kg and finished with 2 sets of 5 reps.

A vacation doesn’t have to mean putting your goals on hold. You can explore new places, enjoy amazing food, relax, and still show up for yourself.

Strength isn’t built by being perfect—it’s built by staying consistent, wherever you are.

So don’t wait until you’re back home. Keep moving, keep lifting, and keep surprising yourself.

Clean. Clever. Consistent. 🤍
