There is always a sunrise somewhere waiting to take your worries and cares far far away. All you’ve got to do is set the alarm and commit to putting yourself in the way of her beauty. If you’ve been having a hard week... and Friday couldn’t have come soon enough, spend this weekend searching for a sunrise. She always puts things back into perspective. @gillbilly6088

The best part of this retreat was to see a group of people with seemingly nothing in common, except a love of nature and yoga, click immediately. It felt almost instant that everyone was chatting like old friends. But I probably shouldn’t underestimate the power of nature and yoga 😁🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️🏕

The Red River Gorge never fails to serve up the stuff that dreams are made of ❤️ I am so grateful that this was the backdrop for the first (of many) yoga retreats that I could serve to host! I knew I would love doing this but I didn’t know I would LOVE doing this. Many thanks to the universe, to my new #trailhairdontcare partner in crime @backcountryyoga 😂, to Jeremy and Mary @rrgproject for making our stay truly, TRULY special, my @murphcolex for selflessly running the behind the scenes action, and to the 12 people who took a chance on us and came together to build friendship, find passion, find healing, find love (@gillbilly6088 + Gypsy! 😻), celebrate, conquer fears, and of course the inevitable - dance salsa 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻Namaste a million times to all of you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
