It’s about Relevé 🩰
(and a bit of fun afterwards.. why not?! 😂😇)

Relevé is much more than simply rising onto the toes. It requires strength, control, stability and precision.

A strong relevé is essential for pointe work, jumps, turns and overall balance. It develops the strength of the feet, ankles, calves and legs while teaching the dancer to maintain proper alignment and control. 🩷

Strong feet/legs create a strong dancer.
Don't forget okayyyy??? ☺️✨

My ballerinas: @alice.maclennan and @orlaithmurphy11
Well done my girls 🩷

✨🐻 BACK TO PANTOLAND 2026/27! 🐻✨

I’m absolutely buzzing to have been given another amazing opportunity to join the cast at the Pavilion Panto for a second year running, after a tough day of auditions! 🎭💫

This Christmas, I’ll be performing in Goldilocks and the Three Bonnie Bears and I honestly can’t wait! 🐻✨

Bring on the madness, mayhem, and chaos that comes with Pantoland! 😂🎭

A huge thank you to all my incredible teachers who have supported, encouraged and helped me become the dancer and performer I am today. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you all and also thank you so much to @imaginetheatre for giving me another amazing opportunity 🥰❤️

Roll on November! 🐻🎭✨
