Are you looking for your next fun family day out in Sussex?
.
Then Knockhatch might just be the answer! This adventure park is packed with things to do, from water slides and splash pads, mystical immersive indoor soft play, jumping pillows, rock climbing, children’s farm, circus, go karts and much more.
.
This is a great alternative to Legoland as an independent adventure park. We definitely found it much more manageable with kids compared to Legoland and Chessington, as it was less overwhelming for them and more importantly hardly any queues. ✅
.
There is a specialist play area for those with additional needs a disabled parking. We really enjoyed the circus also, where the kids nibbled on warm, sweet and salty popcorn with their friends.

22 months and still going strong 💪🏽

How long did you breastfeed for??
.
.
At the end of the day #fedisbest but let me tell you I am SO VERY GRATEFUL that I was able and am still able to breastfeed 🦁 there is no greater feeling than knowing your little seed is growing because of YOU! The human body is literally amazing!
.
.
However let’s STOP acting like breastfeeding cannot be hard even though I was lucky that 🦁 had a good latch there were moments when my nipples were sore.. bleeding and parts even falling off.. and you still breastfeed through the pain!
.
.
Yeah boobies can be sexy but guess what their purpose is to feed our young! Thanks @gillianruthedwards for reminding me that it is breastfeeding week!
.
.
What are your tips for breastfeeding and what accounts can you recommend for other mums?
.
.
You know what I find hilarious when you have a baby and/or pregnant everyone’s first question is will you breastfeed then when the baby is a couple months everyone’s question then turns too “oh you’re not STILL breastfeeding are you”? Bore off Karen 👋😂🤣

I go first. ⁣
⁣
- I said nothing as family and friends said racist things⁣
⁣
- I dressed up in culturally inappropriate clothing⁣
⁣
These are just a couple. There are tons more from my journals (as I am working my way through @laylafsaad #MeandWhiteSupremacy) as I am still inherently racist. I am still living in a system that is racist. That is why as Angela Davis said “In a racist society, it is not enough to be non-racist, we must be antiracist”. And I say “I am” as anti-racism hasn’t got an end point. It is an active, every day practise.⁣
⁣
But the point of my post is not to centre myself and list down all the things that upheld white supremacy but to normalise admitting that I was wrong and caused harm. It is uncomfortable posting this but it is not about me. It never was and never will be. The fact that I was called out on these meant, I learnt. Because it is always about impact and never about intention. We have to stop defending “but they have good intentions” and have those conversations with our white peers about how their impact is harmful.⁣
⁣
Let’s normalise accountability. First and foremost, without ourselves and then when fighting for justice and holding companies, politicians, the police, influencers accountable for their actions and impact.⁣
⁣
And this is me telling you to call me out on shit I mess up because when I see it, I will do the same. Also unless you are doing the work already don't comment below clap emojis or anything along the line how “inspiring this message is”. This work is a bare minimum. Instead use your energy to hold yourself accountable (especially offline but also online) and do the work.⁣
