This program just keeps getting more and more exciting! If you haven’t heard about it, Books Into Hands is where we connect kids books with teachers/educators who need them ❤️

Just look how excited this teacher is to receive The Magic Treehouse books we sent, and we have our very first package heading over seas to some kids who can really use these books in Uganda!

Thank you so much to our generous donors who have helped with shipping! Our new donors include @authorsdgraves and @teach_to_read_and_write ❤️

Thank you to the new children’s book authors who have sent copies of their books: @punnypeeps1 , @judy_mcgee_author, and @marywestpicturebookauthor !

The stack of books headed to Uganda include books by the following children’s book authors:
@gimsandfriends
@weepywillowworks
@_rita_reed_
@drpretty10
@gimsandfriends
@christina_runstheworld

Teachers do you need books for your classroom/library? Would you like to donate to help us get more books to kids? Comment DETAILS and you’ll get a message with more info.

Have you ever been to Africa?

P.S. Give all of these authors a follow! How awesome are they for donating?!

This week stacks of books for our Books Into Hands program looks a little different. These educators requested nonfiction books! So I don’t have a lot of nonfiction books from indie authors, but thanks to the local donations I’ve received I had some great ones to share 😊

None of this happens without the most generous humans:

@_rita_reed_ donated so MY books could reach more schools. Not her book. Mine. That kind of generosity leaves me speechless ❤️

@gimsandfriends sent a very generous donation to help us cover shipping costs! So more books heading out soon 😊

And to the authors who generously donated their books this week: @stephenthorup_author and @teach_to_read_and_write

The stack of books do have a couple of books by indie authors:
@rynnieroosadventures
@judy_mcgee_author
And one of my books thanks to Rita ❤️
