🐾 Hey guys! Boston here! 🐾

Dad and I have some exciting news…

We’re officially proud land and slab owners! 🎉🏡

That’s right! The slab is finally down on Dad’s investment property, and we’re one step closer to seeing it all come together. Next stop… FRAMES! 🔨

We’re both super excited! Maybe a little nervous too, but mostly excited to watch the build progress over the coming months. It’s been a long journey to get to this point, and seeing it finally take shape is pretty special.

I’ll keep everyone updated as we go. For now, we’re celebrating this milestone and looking forward to what’s next! 🐶🍻

Gina’s PT Journey – One Year of Progress

Over the past year, Gina has been an absolute legend to train. We’ve focused on a mix of boxing and weight training, with a big emphasis on lower-body strength to support her hiking adventures. Week after week she showed up, pushed hard, and trusted the process — and the results speak for themselves.

Gina has gained noticeable muscle mass, improved her overall strength, and built confidence in movements that once felt out of reach. One of the standout achievements was her chin-up progression: she started with none, and within just six months she was hitting six reps on the chin-up machine. An incredible effort and a testament to her consistency.

All the best with the move to Perth, Gina. I’m proud of everything you’ve achieved, and I know you’ll keep smashing your goals.
Can’t wait to see you again when you’re back for a visit.

Thank you,
Ray. #stingrayfitness #zibafit #strengthtrainingforwomen
