I’ve always dreamed of seeing the Arco della Pace in person. This neoclassical triumphal arch, completed in 1838, was designed by architect Luigi Cagnola to commemorate Napoleon’s victories and to celebrate peace after the Napoleonic Wars. A cool fact: the arch is adorned with reliefs and inscriptions that highlight significant moments in Milan’s history, making it both a monument and a symbol of the city’s resilience.

The Duomo di Milano is a stunning masterpiece of Gothic architecture, standing tall in the heart of Milan. Construction began in 1386, and it wasn’t completed until 1965…nearly 600 years later. This monumental church features intricate spires, over 3,400 statues, and breathtaking stained glass windows, with its iconic façade drawing visitors from around the world.

To anyone who didn’t know Noella Byns; she was simply a one of a kind woman.

My mother gave endlessly, no matter who it was. She was the kind of woman you could share anything stories, or secrets with, and she would have some sort of wise advice or response for you. This woman went through many hardships in life, yet never complained in the slightest, and always put our interests ahead of hers. She was the truest mother we could have ever asked for. She taught us countless lessons on respect, selflessness, sacrifice, and work ethic. My mom was the hardest worker I’ve ever met, and her attention to detail and perfectionism is what made her so extraordinary. For those who grew up with the Byns Boys, you know how passionate Noella was when it came to respecting people and the house. She was exactly the mother us boys needed to help us become men, and her lessons are things I will carry with me forever.

To you Mary Noella Byns, I say, we will carry on your legacy in life and uphold your values and qualities you passed on to us in life. We will share the many amazing memories we had with those who weren’t fortunate enough to have met you. That way, they may come to know how amazing you were. I will make you proud and live with utmost purpose everyday in your name, because I know you wouldn’t ask any less of me and the boys.

You are with the Lord in his Kingdom waiting for us. Jesus welcomed you into his arms when you accepted him, and now you are more alive than ever, and that is the greatest gift I ever could have hoped for. For now, Rest in Paradise Mom, I will be with you one day.❤️🙏🏼👼🏻

These beautiful creatures are absolutely AMAZING!! I loved riding as a young girl and still do 😍❤️🐴 Something about horses are so therapeutic, I love connecting with them, they have a way of speaking to our souls. @ginasmiles7 remember this retreat w my church? 😍 So awesome in a stunning setting🏔
