Thank you Gina for a wonderfully informative and inspiring workshop on how tea is medicine. We learned so much and the tea was delicious! 💜🙏💚 #teaismedicine #herbalremedies #afternoonteatime #njyogastudio #asburyparknj

There’s something lovely about moving into a new month that gives us a chance to build upon our foundation. This month in particular we have moved through the fiery sign of Aries in April (planting seeds, lots of forward momentum) into Taurus (a time to nurture what was planted).

Our May events offer opportunities to begin (Beginner Series) or strengthen your practice (Extend Your Practice) to moments designed to restore (Yin and Sound Bath) and deepen our internal connection(Full Moon Meditation), this month offers opportunities to develop (Chair Yoga Refresher), ground (Lunchtime Sound Bath), and spend time in community (Afternoon Tea)…..and a pop up Yin and Sound in the making, stay tuned for details. Info in our bio.

See you on the mat.

Hugs, Claudine 💜🙏💚 #tealovers #chairyogateachertraining #beginneryogaseries #90minuteyogaclass #asburyparknj

Sacred Surf Spinal Flow Pricing

Similar to Chiropractic, the more your body receives Spinal Flow, the faster your body will adjust itself and heal from chemical, physical and emotional blockages. Initially 3days a week commitment is recommended to clear, repair and replace these areas of concern. Depending on your assessment and how fast you want to heal. One or two days a week are also effective, it just takes a bit longer to get your results.
Rest assured I am committed to YOUR healing and wellness. I can accommodate YOUR busy schedule. When you make the commitment, I meet you there and together we can bring you and your body back to where your body wants to be! Out of pain, more flexibility ( in mind and body) connected to your true essence, grounded, peaceful, filled with joy and happiness!
