It was a dreary day today here in the centre of France so we spent most of the day next to the fire, I decided to make my granola recipe to go with the yoghurt that I made the other day.

Granola recipe
4 cups of rolled oats
1 cup coconut (melted)
1/2 cup maple syrup, or agave syrup
1 tbs almond butter
Dried fruits and nuts of your choice

Preheat oven to 180c
Mix everything together and place on a tray, slightly flatten with a spatula.
Place in oven until a little browned, remove from oven and give a quick mix, flatten it again and put back in oven until browned.
Remove from oven and let completely cool.
Once cooled stir with a spatula breaking it up and leaving some chunks, place in airtight container.
You can add chocolate chunks or any dried fruit that are heat sensitive at the end.

20 Litres of Raw Milk: The Full Transformation 🥛✨

We picked up our weekly supply from our local farmer, and here is how we used every single drop to fill our farmhouse pantry. From chocolate ice cream to probiotic yogurt and pressed cheese, the homestead dairy was busy today!

🧀 Everything we made:

•Farmhouse pressed cheese

•Ice cream for the ninja creami

•Thick probiotic yoghurt

•A few litres left over for milkshakes

The left over whey will be made in to ricotta and then the rest will go straight to the piggies for a zero waste loop.

Enzo trying the very large amount of butter in a hot cross bun trend 😂 even though that’s probably a normal amount of butter for him… He’s from Normandy.

🔥🦊 LONG TIME NO SEE ! 🦊🔥

The last two years, Enzo has been farming… but literally !

Focusing on his house project, tunnel vision.

No freestyle - never actually tried any bungees.

He would sometime pop off to say that bungees are cheating and double almightys - which he never tried - were basically easy : just "spin to win"

This week I finally went to help Enzo rigg his homeline and witnessed him casually turning words into actions by landing in less than 20 tries (ever) his first double almighty.

Is Enzo's right about bungees being cheating, and hard physical tricks being easy ? 🙃
Or could this be Enzo's just outrageously good at freestyle, and being on a line again after 2 years brought his endless stoke back ?! 🔥

I met Enzo when I was still very new to freestyle, and he's probably the guy who pushed me the most ever since, consciously or not. I know for a fact a lot of people have been hugely inspired by him and asking to see more ! Seeing him crushing again after all this time is just putting a giant smile on my face ! 🙌

Set-up : 57ish m old mystery setup (actually the third one ever) + V5 bungees

It’s always been a dream of mine to renovate a house, ever since I was a child, driving round Scotland with my parents looking for renovation projects, but it never happening. My dad was a builder and I spent my whole life watching him work, creating amazing decking, building studios, basically everything. I think he would be happy to know about our project and what we’re doing.
