📩 DM/Comment “TAXES” for the blog link or to get the conversation started with our team.

🚨 Florida property taxes are back in the spotlight. Governor Ron DeSantis is pushing for major homestead property tax relief, including the possibility of eliminating certain homestead property taxes.

🏡 This is the kind of proposal that could change how homeowners, buyers, and future Florida residents think about long-term ownership.

⏳ Nothing is final yet, but it is worth paying attention to now. Because when tax rules shift, timing, strategy, and planning can matter. Read the full breakdown on our blog.

🏆 Moments like this continue putting Sarasota’s Gulf Coast in front of buyers, travelers, and people searching for a lifestyle centered around the water, sunshine, and coastal living.

🤔 Thinking about making your move? DM/Comment “TAMPA” and let’s map out your strategy.

🌴 Florida isn’t just getting attention… It’s becoming the destination.

😎 Travel + Leisure named Tampa the number one place to live for millennials, and St. Petersburg earned a spot on the list. This reflects something much bigger than a headline. People are choosing lifestyle, opportunity, and long-term growth, and they’re choosing Florida to get it.

🏡 That demand is significantly shaping our real estate market, and buyers who recognize this early gain an advantage.

Love our native eastern redbud trees so much. Spectacular spring show. Flowers that are edible and tasty. Heart-shaped leaves all summer. And beautiful golden fall foliage! Cut down all those invasive callery pears and plant redbuds all over!

💗 Every February, we take a breath, gather around the table, and celebrate what matters most — our people.

🎉 Our 2026 HBR Kick-Off Party was a night of recognition, gratitude, and building excitement for the year ahead. Huge thank you to @elementsrq in Downtown Sarasota for the incredible dinner, drinks, and service that made the evening so special.

🏆 We celebrated our amazing support staff, honored Jennifer Albright as our MVP for her relentless hustle as our ISA, and recognized a tie for Most Sales between Andrew McNeil and Caroline Lynch. We also applauded Rob Hunt for a record-setting 2025 and surprised our broker, Chris Hunt, with the ultimate gift — a custom bobblehead 🤣

🎲 We ended with our annual CLR dice game, which brought plenty of laughs and served as a reminder that this isn’t just a brokerage, it’s a family.

🫶 Thinking about buying or selling in 2026? Partner with a team built on collaboration, consistency, and results. We’re ready when you are!
