POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hello! I just ordered prints of the newest broadside about the small joys I have when I use my cane and they should be here in a week or two. I also have plenty of broadside prints of my other two pieces and my book available (artists and publisher all tagged in their photos!). ❤️

I've made a little order form that I'll be checking every Wednesday morning, but if you'd like to support me as a working artist who had their hours at work reduced recently that would be very helpful!

Orders made this month will also have a portion go towards paying the vendor fees for some of our local artists for the BIPOC Makers Market at Hidden MN. 🌸

Well it’s out here!!!! My little book Body, Memory House is officially in the world— featuring my crooked lil Gosport on the front (the structure of the house in the text obviously is not gosport, but the aesthetics are spot on). I can’t believe the first step stone of what would become my art practice has culminated in this way. A deep and wild thank you to everyone who has proofed the text since 2019, and to everyone who has pushed me, fed me, and held me during this process. This book would not exist without the musical brilliance of @keatonhenson ‘s Six Lethargies, which was a lens for my language. More special thanks to the folks @gingerbug.press for producing the project, @jeaano_ for being my dearest soundboard and collaborator during school, @_jessicajessicasav @maktips @kentonbueche and everyone in Mima’s 2021 class, @laurelnakadate for pushing me in all senses, everyone at The Burren College of Art, and finally @joshlreynolds, who has been telling me to get a move on since 2017. 💜💜 thank you so much, more to come soon hopefully

It is my greatest pleasure to tell you my debut chapbook ‘Body, Memory House’ published by @gingerbug.press will be available for preorders next Friday. This is truly a dream come true, and something I never would have expected when I wrote the first draft in 2019. Swipe to see my reaction to the news, cover reveal coming soon ❤️
