There's a breaking before growth. Like when a seed splits open or muscle fiber tears in order to rebuild and become stronger. I'm sure many of you have wondered "where did Amber go?" I'M OUT HERE GROWING. This year has been a real test on many levels. I was taught the hard knock lesson that even if your mind can handle it, your body will remind you you're fallible. Hello, shingles at 42?!...last slide, not kidding. It has been heavy to process I am in fact, not a machine, I too require balance. I was told I "self medicate" with endorphins and I think many of you can relate. All is on the mend over here, I'm taking that respite required right before the unveiling of something bigger, better, stronger. Hard fought Hallelujahs all up in this.

With temps plummeting well below zero and negative windchill stacking up this crew of dedicated and determined adventurers rallied around each other and our warmest gear!! We braved the brutal cold Friday and Saturday. By Sunday morning the below freezing temperatures had broke and we skied in sunny 30° weather, perfect for enjoying our post skiing beverages! #weloveaprès We shared tips and tricks for staying warm and helped each other hone our cross country skills. We shared countless belly-laughs and delicious foods by the endless roar of the wood stove. As always we would like to thank our guests for their participation. We love guiding and teaching our community.
