So grateful for the individuals that showed up for our workshop. It was beautiful. So much vulnerability and openness and laughter.

Things like this fill my soul up. When you love what you do and are in alignment - it never feels like work 🙏🏻❤️

✨✨Meet Your Facilitators✨✨

Gina Polimeni is a gifted therapist(LPC), guide, and space holder devoted to the deep work of transformation. Gina’s work blends intuitive insight, emotional depth, and years of experience guiding individuals and groups through profound inner change. Gina helps people reconnect with their essence, rewrite old patterns, and reclaim the life they’re meant to live. Her approach honors nature, sisterhood, soul evolution—and the simple, sacred beauty of being fully alive. Come as you are. Leave as more of who you truly are.

Julie Arzner is a Reiki practitioner and sound healing facilitator trained in Usui Reiki and through the Sound Healing Academy. She blends the calming power of Reiki with the vibrational depth of sound to create spaces where deep rest, healing, and reconnection can unfold. Guided by intuition and a deep reverence for each person’s journey, Julie holds space with warmth, presence, and care. Her sessions are an invitation to soften, release, and return to the truth of who you are.

Ginger Ross is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and NLP Practitioner, as well as the heart and founder of
Metaphysical Massage & Reiki. Holding a Master’s degree in Metaphysical Sciences, she weaves together the art of touch, the language of energy, and the wisdom of the soul to guide others home to themselves. Ginger opens sacred space for deep remembrance-journeying through past lives, the Akashic Records, ancestral lines, and higher-self connection. Within this space, healing unfolds on every level-physical, emotional, and spiritual-allowing the soul to awaken its own light.

As the world speeds up and everything around us begins to fall into place (or fall apart), we’re reminded that we don’t need to keep pace with the chaos. 🍂

We’re meant to rhythm with the seasons, to slow down, to find safety in the small, sacred moments. Whether it’s sipping tea, lighting a candle, or just taking a breath—we deserve to honor ourselves and our need for comfort. ✨

On October 19th, join me for Live Your Ritual—a day dedicated to reclaiming your rhythm, gathering sacred tools, and uniting in a powerful group ritual. Let’s embrace what it means to slow down and make space for something truly meaningful.

There’s no rush here—just you, me, and a community ready to honor the magic of the everyday. 🌙

Are you ready to Live Your Ritual? Grab your ticket, gather your tools, and let’s create something special. 💫

And because we LOVE a little extra magic, we’re hosting an epic raffle and have awesome discounted offerings at participating shops for Live Your Ritual attendees! 🎟️✨

Years ago, on a camping trip, I was introduced to this beautiful, intelligent, Kenny Chesney loving woman, Al. Today, we celebrate her and her forever love to Eric.
This group is proof that God has a plan. Accept the challenges he puts in front of you, for when you make it through, you might find the purpose. In this case, it is these three women. Thank you guys for being my army of unconditional love and friendship. I will always and forever stand at ready if called upon to be there for you, as I know you will all do the same for me.
Cheers to you @aliciah510 and the amazing life you have ahead of you!
