NEW ENGLAND give me the scuttlebutt! 👀

We’re planning upcoming episodes of New England Scuttlebutt and I want YOU to help us decide where we go next.

What’s a New England business, experience, excursion, stay, event, or hidden gem that deserves its own episode?

I’m talking about the places that make you say:

“WAIT… this exists in New England?!”

It can be anywhere in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island or Connecticut.

Tag them below 👇 And businesses, feel free to nominate yourselves! 😁

The more unusual, adventurous, historic, quirky or quintessentially New England, the better.

Sometimes the best finds are just off the main street. 🛍️✨

Fae and I stumbled upon @ginghamshop in Freeport and I instantly fell in love. From the cutest kids’ corner (so Mom can actually shop 🙌) to Caitlin pulling the PERFECT pieces for my Boothbay sailing outfit, this shop is such a gem.

And those navy linen pants? I’ve already lost count of the compliments. 💙⚓️

I’m already planning my trip back for fall clothes. 🍂

Who doesn’t love supporting a small business? I’m fortunate to be surrounded by an incredibly talented community of friends, both near and far, and I thought it would be fun to dedicate a special edition of Take Five to celebrating their businesses.

Today was such a successful shopping day with my client!

We first shopped together in September while rebuilding her fall and winter wardrobe, and today we picked up right where we left off to create her spring and summer capsule.

We started at @loomclothingme in Freeport and found so many beautiful pieces she absolutely fell in love with. Huge thank you to Mandy and Dylan for being so helpful and wonderful to work with!

Next, we stopped at @haberdasheryfreeport , where she found a few perfect tops, and then finished at @ginghamshop where even more amazing pieces came together effortlessly. Thank you to Emily for helping us!

By the end of the day, her spring and summer wardrobe felt cohesive, versatile, functional and completely her.

Shopping doesn’t have to feel stressful or overwhelming. With a little intention, strategy, and the right guidance, it can actually be fun and incredibly empowering.

I’ve got you. 🤍

What a privilege it is to travel 🌎 To wake up somewhere unfamiliar, hear a different language, taste new flavors, and be humbled by new landscapes 🛕To be reminded that there is always more to learn, more to see, and more to appreciate. It leaves you with perspective and a deeper appreciation for the beauty that exists beyond our own little corner of the world ✨ @soleilnilecruise @enevtravel

Between temple visits, @soleilnilecruise sun deck became our little oasis 💦✨A place to slow down, cool off, and soak in some of the most beautiful views in Egypt 🇪🇬

📌 SAVE this post if Egypt is on your bucket list! 🇪🇬✨

In just one week, we explored 7 incredible temples across Egypt:

• Philae Temple
• Kom Ombo Temple
• Edfu Temple
• Valley of the Kings
• Temple of Hatshepsut
• Karnak Temple
• Luxor Temple

From sailing the Nile to exploring these temples that have stood for thousands of years, every day felt like stepping back in time. The scale, history, and incredible preservation of these sites left us completely speechless 🛕🏛️

Let me know if you have any questions about Egypt or planning a trip! ❤️ We highly recommend booking with @soleilnilecruise + @enevtravel ✨Exploring each temple with a private guide truly elevated the entire experience!

Found my new favorite shop in Freeport, Maine 💙
📍 @ginghamshop

The kind of place where you walk in for “just a quick browse” and leave with everything from easy, everyday pieces to the prettiest elevated finds! I love that there’s a range of price points so you can find something no matter what you’re looking for 🛍️

ALSO, if you have an event on the calendar, don’t sleep on their dress selection 👗So many good options for showers, weddings, dinners + all the summer things!!!
