Welcome to the Ginn Foundation, an organization dedicated to the holistic development of young people

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Ted Ginn is the people's champ. 🏆
Walked into the Ginn Academy lunchroom and saw it with my own eyes. Coach Ginn was interacting with every kid in the room. The kids love him. The teachers love him.
That's not something you can fake.
He knows these young men by name
He's present, not just in the office
He holds them to a standard AND they still run to him
That's how you build men, not just athletes
This is what our boys need. Not just coaches. Men who show up for them every day.
Atlanta... Something like this is coming soon. 👀
Comment "ATL" if Atlanta needs this.
Salute to Coach Ginn and everybody at Ginn Academy for having us. Cleveland, y'all showed love.

Good is the enemy of great. 🏈

Last night, we got over a hurdle we’ve been chasing for years. Beating Hoban for the first time on varsity means something to this program and this city. Proud of our guys but we still have work to do. The standard takes commitment, discipline, and everybody buying in.

Football is the platform. The mission is walking in God’s purpose, pouring into others, and giving Cleveland something positive to believe in.

Sometimes that work feels lonely. You question the support, feel misunderstood, and hear the outside noise. Keep looking in the mirror. Keep your heart right. Stay steadfast in what God called you to do.

Creating change means embracing uncomfortable moments, hurt, and uncertainty and still showing up with love and purpose.

Grateful for this moment. Committed to what comes next. Let’s keep giving our city something to be proud of. ❤️🖤

7 YEARS COACHING YOUTH FOOTBALL. THE PASSION NEVER LEFT. 🏈💯

Looking back at these clips reminds me why I love developing young athletes.

After coaching high school football, I spent seven years coaching youth football, including my two sons. I’m grateful for the relationships, lessons, and memories we created along the way.

Watching these young men now spread across three different youth teams reminds me how much work we still have to do when it comes to consistent development.

With two more sons coming up, I’m also evaluating the direction of youth football as a father. We need more structure, accountability, discipline, and intentional development.

Youth football should be about more than winning games. We must develop our kids mentally, physically, emotionally, and academically.

The goal isn’t just to build better athletes. It’s to build better young men.

I’m excited about the future and continuing the work I’ve been committed to for years.

GOOD2GREAT. THE WORK CONTINUES. 💪🏾🏈

DeAnthony “𝗗𝘂𝗸𝗲” Crittenden takes the sweep the distance for an explosive TD last Friday vs John Hay! The 5’10” senior Glenville Tarbloodee WR with 5+ D1 offers is just getting started.

Glenville heard the noise on the internet and answered on the field.

In their first Senate League matchup of the season, The Ville dominated Rhodes from start to finish, rolling to a 50-6 victory and making an early statement in league play.

Multiple players touched the end zone. Both QBs saw first half action.

Division III or Division IV, the standard remains the same off St. Clair.

Next up for The Ville: John Hay.

Real Ville Ish…..

Returning to Ginn Academy is always special. I had the opportunity to speak words of encouragement to the Ginn Men and invite them to New Era Scholars Youth Health Week, happening November 9–10 at Cleveland State University.

This two-day experience will focus on mental wellness, physical health, personal growth, leadership, and preparing students for life after high school.

As a proud Ginn graduate, it means everything to return and show these young kings what is possible.

Interested in bringing juniors and seniors from your high school? Would you or your organization like to provide services or resources? Please reach out to get involved!

Stay tuned for more details.
