I have some exciting news, and I need your help this week! šŸŽ™ļøšŸ’š

The Big Silence Podcast is a finalist for a 2026 Signal Award in the Mental Health category, for my episode with country singer Avery Anna. This is the first year the Signal Awards have ever had a Mental Health category, and it means so much to be part of it. It’s exactly why I started The Big Silence: so no one feels alone in their pain. After five years of doing the podcast, it’s our first nomination, and such a proud moment.

There’s a Listener’s Choice vote, and that’s where you come in. Here’s how to vote (it takes a minute):

1ļøāƒ£ Tap the link in my bio
2ļøāƒ£ Type in The Big Silence
3ļøāƒ£ Enter your email
4ļøāƒ£ Click the confirmation link they send you, or your vote won’t count (check spam!)

Voting closes October 15. Please vote and share this with your friends, your Tone It Up girls, everyone! Thank you so very much, from the bottom of my heart. I love you all šŸ’š

My first studio had a duvet for soundproofing and a seven-year-old for quality control.

@ginnimedia started in my sister’s spare bedroom in Melbourne. I’d finish a night shift at an aerospace company, come home, and edit podcasts until morning. It made me an expert in coffee timing and very little else.

My first co-host was my niece. She’d sit beside me at her toy computer, add her own vocals to whatever I was editing, and call mandatory playtime with zero notice. Still the best boss I’ve ever had.

The road from that spare bedroom to New York wasn’t a straight line. Late nights, early starts, a lot of ā€œwe’ll figure it out,ā€ and more people than I can count who helped along the way.

Somewhere between a blanket over my head and 35 shows, this stopped being one person’s side hustle. It became a team, and a group of clients who trusted us early and stayed.

Thank you for being part of it. Here’s to what comes next. šŸ¤

Tomorrow’s episode is one I’m going to be thinking about for a while.

I sat down with my man @thepriteshshah , an actor, writer, director and comedian, and he got REAL with me.

We talked about:
- Letting go of identity and what stillness actually looks like#
- The difference between love and just not wanting to be rejected
- Why ā€œexpensiveā€ isn’t only about money, because staying stuck costs you too
- Growing up with dads who always asked ā€œwhat’s next?ā€ and learning to celebrate the small wins
- His upcoming film I’m the Problem

He told me his dad once asked why he missed 2% on a 98. I had to share how I work to celebrate every little victory with my own kids.

This one’s honest, funny, and a real mirror check.

New episode of Mind, Body & Legacy drops TOMORROW. Link in bio. šŸ””

Isolation almost broke me.

I thought handling everything by myself made me strong. What it actually did was leave me carrying weight nobody was built to carry solo.

Healing didn’t start until I let people in.

Life is not designed for us to go at it alone. First Episode of Mind Body Legacy, out now.
