Hey guys back again with another workshop. Last workshop was a great experience and exchange.

For those who don't know me. My name is Neo (Alias: Cryptic). I'm a local freestyle dancer and coach based in Cape Town, South Africa.

To me House dance is about how deeply you’re engaging.
I’ve been training in house for around a year, self-taught, concentrating on the fundamentals, drills, and movements that feel authentic.

I’ll be sharing my knowledge: steps, grooves, and short combinations that have helped me enter regional battles and succeed in the house category.

Workshop details are below. Kindly read through the information and secure your spot.

Entry fees:
At the door R100
Via registration link in my bio R75 (link in bio - @cryptic.bdc_official)

Times and date:
10am–12pm | 31 Jan 2026

Location:
Every Nation Church, Retreat (G-Squared Dance Studio)

Poster designed by @sunami93_bdc | In collaboration with @gsquareddancemovement

Come join us! Let's train, learn, and move.
