Respect shouldn’t be something you ask for, earn, or explain. It should be the baseline. Happy International Women’s Day to every woman who stopped shrinking to make others comfortable. 🖤 #InternationalWomensDay #WomensDay #TrailblazerWomen

Female founders are extraordinary at recognizing power in other women. We see their genius. We articulate their strengths and we incentivize them to be fucking delulu until it becomes trululu. But when it comes to ourselves? We minimize. We overcomplicate. We blur. And that’s not necessaraly because of insecurity or unworthness notion of the self. Maybe it’s just the proximity… You’re too close to your own brilliance to recognize it. Brand strategy, when done right, is not about inventing a persona. It’s about organizing truth. And from what I witness with my clients from brand strategy to brand identity… Once a woman sees herself clearly, everything shifts. Visibility stops feeling like performance and it becomes embodiment, something natural in her daily routine. And that’s the work that gives me chills.

Let’s reintroduce properly. I’m Bruna, and I build brand strategy, identity, and positioning for women of color who refuse to play small. Gioma Atelier isn’t just a business, it’s an extension of who I am. I lift heavy. I box. I dance. I read. I dive into astrology and the spiritual unknown. I protect my alone time like it’s sacred. And yes… all of that shapes how I build brands. Because strategy without embodiment is weak. I’m in a season of my life where I’m improving my money habits. I’m scaling the business. I’m building Gió, a tool that will make brand strategy more accessible to more women. I’m preparing to move countries. I’m expanding. All of it with so much intentionally. Things I deeply care about: Being radically aligned with my vision. Discipline and devotion. Self-development. Spiritual growth. Meal prepping. My period chocolate cake. Crying when I need to. Loving the life I’m creating. Gioma evolves because I evolve. The stronger I become financially, spiritually, physically… the sharper the strategy gets. And that’s why I’ll keep saying that branding is IDENTITY WORK, and identity is always evolving, so I’ll keep evolving with it.

As pessoas que me deram a mão nestes meses todos. A comida cura. A comida une. A comida transforma. (continua nos comentários)

Today we’re thrilled to share a tool designed for female founders — one that saves time (because who doesn’t love efficiency?) while helping you show up authentically, be visible, be loud, and unapologetically take up space. We’re at the @websummit come say hi!
