Pinch me, this can’t be real. 🫠

I’ve spent the week exploring @winesofsicily in the western part of the island. With a focus on grillo and Nero d’Avola, we’ve learned the many different styles of wines these grapes can produce. For grillo, in particular, we tasted ranges from sparkling to green, flinty wines with an acidic backbone, to late harvest beauties worth cellaring. Everything paired with pulpo salad and arancini, of course. 🤌🍷🌊🇮🇹 More soon!
