POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

5 YEARS. Thousands of people. One incredible community. 💛

Today, Fronting Life turns 5 years old.

And this birthday belongs to all of you.

Five years ago, Fronting Life started with a simple belief:

Wellness, connection, and community should be accessible to everyone regardless of your ability to pay.

Since then, that belief has become something bigger than we ever imagined.

🧘 Meditation and mindfulness.
🌿 Movement and wellness.
🎨 Creativity and self-expression.
🤝 Connection and community.

But the programs aren’t the story.

The people are.

Every person who showed up.
Every facilitator who shared their gifts.
Every volunteer who gave their time.
Every business and organization that believed in our mission.
Every person who donated, shared a post, invited a friend, or simply told someone, “You should come.”

You built this with us.

As we celebrate five years of Fronting Life, our biggest takeaway is simple:

Show up for your community.
Make space for people to belong.
Give what you can.
And never underestimate what can happen when people come together.
To our fearless leader/founder @tlmickel your commitment to this vision continues to inspire us all.

To everyone who has been part of these first five years—

THANK YOU. 💛

We’re just getting started.

🎂 Comment “BIRTHDAY” below and we’ll send you more information about Fronting Life, our donation-based wellness programs, and how you can be part of what comes next.

✨ **Within this experience, you may find:**
• Greater self-love & compassion
• Emotional healing & forgiveness
• Nervous system relaxation & inner peace
• A deeper sense of connection & belonging
• More openness, balance, and joy

Come as you are.

It was family get together last night. Tina & Bob are down in Myrtle Beach and came for a visit. We all went to a Fronting Life meditation and then dinner at Seabird. It was the perfect visit. Only wish it could have been longer. Hope to see you soon.

Life looks so different today.
Discovering the spaces that feed my heart, soul, and mind has transformed everything.

Guiding others on their own inward journey—through meditation, mindfulness, and stillness—has deepened my connection to life itself. It’s given me a new appreciation for the world, and a clearer understanding of where true happiness resides.

To everyone who has sat with me in shared silence—thank you.
Through those moments, I’ve found myself…
and the sacred place within my heart
that allows me to love fully,
laugh freely,
and simply be. 🤍
