Part 1.

Only been 1 week since i started truthfully committing to training and dance again.

Seeing major gains everywhere. Did a legs over my head backflip type thing on a bouncy ball today. NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE WTF.

Everytime i dance i feel like i give my brain evidence that my dreams are possible.

Artist in Residence.

i will dance everywhere.

Best 9 of 2020.

A collection of the beautiful faces and forms that I’ve come across at sessions, events and more within the dance community. All shot on my iPhone X / iPhone 11Pro, edited on Snapseed.

The Beach Co-op has been part of the @wavescapesa festival for 4 years.

This year we hosted a Dirty Dozen Cleanup and had a few friends join.

@carecreative__ did some live art as she added a few more locals to our ‘Meet the Locals’ along the St James Wall Mural in partnership with the @cityofct

@gitagalina did an beautiful dance performance expressing her relationship to the ocean.

Although the beach looked relatively clean when we arrived, 30 amazing cleanup participants managed to collect 2 full bags of small pieces of litter.
The top #DirtyDozen Items collected were: Individual Sweet Wrappers, Straws and Lollypop Sticks.

Thank you @carecreative__ @gitagalina @wavescapesa @cityofct and all the amazing participants who joined us.
