Sunrise Sessions 🏄🏻‍♂️🏄🏻‍♀️✨

Perfect start to the week! A little reminder of how lucky we are. Kickstarting Monday with a smile on my face!

I have been missing filming in the surf since I upgraded to the latest iPhone 17 Pro, as I’ve had to resort to filming with an old housing and my old iPhone 11, however I’m hoping to have that rectified very shortly, as I’m enjoying being filming in the drink.

I’ve also had 1-2 people ask me my thoughts on the water clarity (when’s it safe to surf). I can’t provide you with advice on what’s safe and not safe, as there’s always wildlife around and you’ll have to make your own decision, but if it helps, I jumped in at Ramp 2 in Bondi Beach at sunrise this morning the water was super clear.

I don’t think we got as much rain as we were expecting, and while Manly is still apparently pretty murky yesterday, the water clarity seemed okay where when I jumped in at sunrise.

I’ve never used The Beach Boys for a surf clip before and hadn’t planned to, but the few songs I tried on for size just didn’t quite fit this vibe. Yeeeew!

Not a setup. Not a photoshoot.
Just good food showing up where it belongs.
Argentinian empanadas for parties, events, and moments that don’t need permission.
