It’s taken a minute ⏰ to process all the insanity 🤯 that went down at the @rockstarenergy OPEN ⭐️ in Portland, Oregon & even though it’s damn near impossible to pick favorites, these are some moments that definitely stood out over the weekend. Thanks again for the hospitality as always @rockstarenergy @theplatfrm @moxypdx 🙏🙏🙏.

After years of scooping the films of independent film group Rodmax Pictures, we were officially invited behind the scenes to the secret filming of their most ambitious film yet since their inception in 2011 - ROAD.

An interview from director Daniel Rodriguez:
"This is a project I've been wanting to do for 8 years. It has all of the aspects of our past films and new things we've never done before. It's based in the world of cars and roads but in the center an emotional journey of our protagonist Robbie.

I have the privilege to be in this creative endeavor with two talented forces and longtime collaborators Giuseppe Stephens and Miguel Arce. They bring something entirely new on every film and this one's no exception."

The film is currently in production and a release date is currently unknown but is said to be halfway through filming.

If there is one thing that I am most proud of after 10 years of FvS media, it's that I was able to hire, work with, and pay some super rad individuals.
The first one was @jazzy__howard in 2013, followed by @gomeshreds in 2014, @shreddy_krugar in 2015, and then @giuseppe_stephens in 2017. It's even cooler that most of the guys were able to use FvS media as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.
I was also able to hire @moimrtnz and @inshanephotos for some projects in recents years, and they both did great work as well.

Have the skills and passion for a job is one thing, but it also comes down to being given the chance, followed by opportunities/resposibilites to grow in that job. I've been given more than a handful of amazing chances, so being able to give others a chance to is really meaningful.

I truly believe you can teach people a lot of "work stuff", but you can teach people to be passionate about something. You either have that or you don't. Huge bonus if you really get both sides of the coin. I've been very lucky to have worked with these guys, and travelled around the country to some cool events. You're only as good as the people you surround yourself with.
The main thing I learned is that if you don't give people the oppurtunities and responsibilites, that they can never truly show what they are capable of. These guys thought me that.

Side note; both Jazzy and Aaron were referred to me by @AshtonMaxfield. Both guys interned for him at Sole Tech before working with me. 💪🏼

Jazzy, Aaron, Teddy, Giuseppe, Moi, and Shane, thank you for everything you guys contributed to FvS media in the last 10 years! #FvSmedia10FuckingYears #FvSmediaOnTour (first photo by @brianjone1, third photo by @durso_photo)
