I love @gj2_4u ! Been here a few times now and it’s always sooo delicious! The bibim naengmyun, soy marinated crab and salmon are my favorites. They also have yummy hot dishes like kulgusku.

DMV marinated crab lovers, this one’s for you! 🦀 We finally found a spot in Annandale specializing in Korean marinated crab and raw marinated seafood — GJ2 4U @gj2_4u . For our first visit, we went straight for the $99.99 Assorted Jang platter, which is perfect if you want to try a little bit of everything. 👇 🦀 Soy-Marinated Crab Our favorite of the meal! Lots of creamy roe, super tender crab meat, and a savory sauce with just a hint of sweetness. SO good with a bowl of white rice. 🍚 🌶️ Spicy Marinated Crab Bolder and spicier than the soy-marinated version, but not so spicy that it overpowers the freshness of the crab. Another serious rice killer! 🐟 Marinated Salmon Thick-cut, soft, and buttery. If you’re into raw marinated seafood, you’ll probably love this one. 🦐 Marinated Shrimp + Abalone The shrimp had that satisfyingly bouncy, slightly chewy texture, while the abalone was super springy. Lots of different textures to try in one platter. 🥩 Spicy Korean Beef Soup We ordered this separately, and it turned out to be another favorite! After a whole spread of chilled marinated seafood, having a hot and spicy bowl of beef soup was the perfect way to finish the meal. Highly recommend ordering them together. 💰 What we ordered: Assorted Jang Platter $99.99 + Spicy Korean Beef Soup 👫 Good for: The Assorted Jang is a great size for 2–3 people to share, especially if it’s your first visit and you want to sample several different things. ⭐️ Our ranking: Soy-Marinated Crab > Spicy Marinated Crab > Spicy Korean Beef Soup > Other Marinated Seafood 📍 GJ2 4U 7031-2A Little River Turnpike Annandale, VA 22003 Save this one if you love Korean marinated crab and raw seafood! Another Annandale spot added to the DMV food list. 🦀🍚 #DMVEats #DMVFoodie #DMVFood #koreanfood #marinatedcrab

Korean marinated crab you should take me on a date for 🦀💌 GJ2 4U specializes in ganjang gejang—fresh raw crab marinated in soy sauce. We tried both the soy-marinated and spicy versions, and the crab was so tender, flavorful, and perfect mixed with rice. They also have marinated salmon, shrimp, abalone, and other Korean seafood dishes! Definitely a must-try if you love raw marinated seafood ✨ 📍GJ2 4U — Annandale, VA #korean #dmvfood #dmvrestaurants #foodie #pov

I finally got around to trying GJ2U 4U in Annandale, VA! If you’ve never had raw marinated crabs, this is honestly a good place to start. The store’s AC was lowkey struggling so it was a bit hot in there. Unsure if that’s the norm or if it’s bc of this terrible heatwave we’ve been having. It might not beat raw marinated crabs in Korea, but that’s an unfair comparison. All in all, I will definitely be back! #rawmarinatedcrab #DMVfood #AnnandaleVA #dmvfoodie #dmv

Dinner at @gj2_4u in Annandale, VA. This is one of the few restaurants in the area that serves raw marinated crab and specialize in a variety of other seafoods as well. We got their combo that included a crab, salmon, shrimp and abalone. The seafood here is extremely fresh and very well marinated. The seafood has been soaking long enough for the flavors to penetrate all the way through. My favorite piece in particular was the salmon. They also have other dishes like Korean army stew and Kalguksu that we tried which were solid. I will say the restaurant is on the smaller side so there may be a wait but it is definitely worth it for some great seafood! Entrees: Assorted Jang (Spicy Crab and Soy Sauce Marinated Crab, Salmon, Shrimp and Abalone) Sides: Kalguksu (Clam noodle soup) and Korean Army Stew . . . #kingtigereats #gj24u #dmvfoodie #rawmarinatedcrab #seafood
