Proud to have successfully delivered the 3rd edition of PFAM Off-Season Camp. What began as an initiative to help players stay fit during the off-season has evolved into a flagship programme supporting our members as they prepare for the new season. Thank you to the players, coaches, staff and partners whose dedication made this year’s camp another success. Wishing everyone a successful season ahead!

A little throwback to PFAM Offseason Camp 2026 and this year, we took the grind off the pitch and into the gym.

For the first time in the three year history of PFAM Offseason Camp, players took part in a dedicated gym session marking another step forward in enhancing the overall offseason experience.

A huge shoutout to our Official Strength & Conditioning Partner, @rival_kl for hosting an intense session at Wisma Bentley, Mutiara Damansara. The players were pushed to their limits through a challenging workout focused on building strength, power, and resilience for the season ahead.
