“Accept every phase of life just like the moon.” She’s in her blue phase 🩵 💙 After a year of living in her purple era, it was time for a change and we went electric blue! One of my favorite things about extensions is how customizable they can be. They aren’t just about adding length or fullness. They can be used to add bold pops of color or create dimension without having to heavily alter your natural hair. And just because we loved what we did last time doesn’t mean we have to keep recreating it. Your style evolves. Your inspiration changes. Your hair can too. Because customized hair should feel like you right now — not just your “usual.” 💙 #itipextensions #sewinweft #vividcolor #extentionspecialist #denverextentions

Healthy blondes don’t happen by accident ✨ Summer hair care matters just as much as the blonding appointment itself. DM me to book your summer toner + treatment refresh ☀️ Summer can be HARD on blonde hair — sun, heat, chlorine, hard water, and over-washing all play a role in dryness and fading. One of the biggest things I recommend to my blonde clients during summer? Regular toners + hydration treatments every 4–6 weeks to keep the hair bright, shiny, and healthy between blonding appointments ✨ Blonde maintenance isn’t just about staying light — it’s about protecting the integrity of your hair too. 🤍 📍Fluff|Denver,CO #DenverBlondeSpecialist #LuxuryBlonde #HealthyBlonde #BlondeHairCare #SummerBlonde

Teaching the Alterego Italy Keep It Glossy class in Denver today and getting ready this morning had me thinking… how fun would it be if Alterego Italy launched a Keep It Glossy lip gloss as part of the campaign? ✨ As a lifelong lip gloss girl, I can’t stop imagining a hydrating, high-shine gloss inspired by the same luminous finish we create behind the chair with Keep It Glossy color techniques. Healthy shine is the whole vibe, whether it’s dimensional hair color or the perfect glossy lip. The Keep It Glossy Denver class today is all about reflective, luxurious, high-shine color results that elevate brunettes, blondes, and dimensional tones while protecting hair integrity. I love getting to share these techniques with stylists who are passionate about creating modern, polished, glossy hair for their clients. But truly… Alterego Italy, if you ever make a Keep It Glossy lip gloss, I’m first in line. 💄✨ Keep it Glossy, Denver. Xoxo Brit @alteregoitalynorthamerica

Here’s the thing nobody talks about with “ammonia free” gloss 🤍 Shades EQ technically skips ammonia. But what they swapped it for is ethanolamine, a chemical that’s been shown to irritate the skin and lungs with repeated exposure, and published research actually found it causes more hair damage and more hair loss than ammonia itself. It also contains resorcinol, which is flagged as an endocrine disruptor. So you traded one problem for two quieter ones, and you’re breathing it in behind the chair all day every day. Keep It Glossy is a different conversation entirely. No ammonia. No ethanolamine. No resorcinol. It deposits true tone on the surface, leaves the cuticle flat and mirror smooth, and the air in your salon stays clean while you work. Your hands don’t burn, your clients don’t itch, and the hair feels like actual silk when you rinse. Think of it as the gloss your lungs and your clients have been waiting for. Sunday in LoDo @britasays and I are walking a small group through the whole line, swatch work, toning formulas, and the tiny mixing tricks that make it sing on blondes. Coffee’s on us, seats are almost gone, and you’ll leave with enough to try it on a client Monday. 4/19 · 10 to 12 · DM me for the address 🤍 #keepitglossy #alteregoitaly #denverhairstylist #coloradohairstylist #coloradospringshairstylist nontoxicsalon ammoniafreecolor cleanbeautystylist glosstoner blondespecialist

Being an Alterego Italy Specialista Mentor is one of the most meaningful parts of my career behind the chair. Education has the power to elevate not just individual stylists, but our entire industry. When people see a hands-on class, they often see the finished experience. What they don’t see is everything that goes into creating it: • designing curriculum • testing techniques • organizing step-by-step learning flows • preparing models and formulations • building confidence in attendees • creating a supportive learning environment • and making sure every stylist walks away with something they can use immediately If you’ve ever thought about becoming an educator, here’s where to start: Step 1: Ask yourself what you’re naturally strong at behind the chair. Step 2: Identify what makes your approach to that skill unique. Step 3: Write down everything you know about that specialty. Step 4: Break that knowledge into bite-size classes others can learn from. Education and mentorship are powerful ways to give back to the beauty industry that has given so much to us. Mentorship is also a big part of our culture inside my salon. If you’re a stylist who feels called to teach someday—or even if you’re just curious what that path could look like—I love helping stylists learn how to step into education with confidence. Do you enjoy mentoring or educating other stylists? I’d love to hear what lights you up about it.

Denver stylists, what if glossing became your most requested add-on service? ✨ Our team at Fluff is currently training in AlterEgo Italys new, Keep It Glossy. An oil-based demi-permanent color system that creates that mirror-finish shine clients immediately notice (and rebook for). And we’re opening just 10 seats for a small-group Look + Learn on April 19 so you can see exactly how we’re using it behind the chair. This class will be taught by Fluff owner Brittany — national educator for AlterEgo Italy — who will walk you through: • how to formulate for shine + tone refinement • where glossing fits into modern color services • how to introduce gloss upgrades that increase client retention + ticket value • application details that make the finish look expensive, not heavy If you’re a Denver hairstylist or cosmetology student who wants stronger finishing services and more confident color results, this training is designed for you. Seats are intentionally limited so everyone can see the technique up close. Reserve your spot through the link in our bio or head over to @glam_concepts bio before they’re gone 💫
