When an open conversation turned into a moment of conviction. Sometimes you don’t realize how far God has brought you until you start telling the story.

Some stories are going with me to the grave. 😭

The Bible: And they overcame….by the word of their testimony.” Revelation 12:11
Me: Lord, even THAT story?! 😭

Real talk; anybody else notices how the linkups get fewer when your lifestyle changes ? Is it just me ?

The bottle cost. The hair cost. The makeup cost. The fit cost. And sometimes even the people weh yuh outside WITH cost you something. 😮‍💨

So when we talk about “freedom” outside… freedom where? Because somebody always paying a price. 👀

Be honest though 😂👇🏾

11 Months 🖤

Almost a year of motherhood.

11 months of learning, growing, figuring it out, and becoming a version of myself I never knew existed.

You’ve been growing into you, while I’ve been growing into being your mommy. And I wouldn’t trade this version of myself for anything. 🥹

11 Months 🖤

This month feels like a turning point.. the final step before you’re no longer an infant. The last full month of babyhood, the last month before my baby officially becomes a toddler. 🥹

🤎

11 Months 🖤

This time last year, I was still waiting to meet you, wondering who you’d be. You were just a flutter of movement in my tummy, a little person I hadn’t even met yet, but somehow already loved more than anything.💕

11 Months 🖤

Here we are, just weeks away from your first birthday. Watching you grow day by day, celebrating who you’re becoming, while quietly saying goodbye to the versions of you I’ll never hold again.🥺

🤎

11 Months 🖤

I know the numbers changed on the calendar, but you’ll always be my baby. Slow down, my sweet boy. I’m not ready to let go of this version of you. 💙🤍🖤

11 Months 🖤

Hey son, just wanted to tell you I love you. That was all. Love, Mom❕
