✨#MeetHimMondays : “41 Gratitudes at Year’s End!”✨

As the year ends, I’d like to begin the last M.H.M. post of 2024 with gratitude! Last Sunday, I was totally unsure of what to do to bring in my 41st birthday. I’d actually had it on my work calendar for a month to pray on the plans, & I was praying…enter Alley Kat!

This Sunday, I packed the place out with almost 100 people. Folks came from as far as Oakland to pull up, pop out, & celebrate me! If I’m being honest, I did this one without a few of my “right handers;” because, they were unavailable…but God!

The love that I felt; the community that gathered around me. The people who reminded me that I TRULY am loved! I tried my best to stay off my phone, not get “tipsy” or drunk, & truly be in the moment to take it ALL IN—to receive ALL the love…today, I feel it! These are all the pictures & footage I got from the lenses of other people!

If you came or sent donations & I seemingly, randomly hug you throughout 2025, just know this is why! I’m honored & loved! In the clurb, we really were ALL fam on Sunday…Selah!

✨#MeetHimMondays: “My Visuals Vs. Beyonce’s Visuals…”✨

So I’ve been reading this book, focussing more in church, & listening to God a bit more carefully.

WHAT I’VE LEARNED:
🙏🏽 You can have expectations when you enter into an agreement with someone; if no agreement, you can only have hope!
👨🏽‍🍳 I can’t be giving away my gravy & sauce (see second slide).
🫂 I looked for affirmations in friends, relationships, & sex that I didn’t get I my childhood.
🧑‍🧑‍🧒 My parents did their best!
☮️ I’ve got to give myself grace for what I didn’t get as a child & how that shows(ed) up in adulthood!
⚒️ Sometimes, all we show up with are the tools we have—no matter how worn out or dull they are—it’s our job to start sharpening them.
💪🏾 People sometimes operate out of their experience—which explains why & how they operate. They often don’t mean to hurt us, but that’s what they know.
🧠 Wisdom: is often learned from application & mistakes made—“If you know better, you do better.”
❤️‍🩹 God never get’s tired of forgiving me, so it’s my duty to forgive.
🤯 Frustration can come in b/c there are lack of boundaries.
🛟 “Sometimes the people you save, save you back.”-Deadpool
👩🏻‍🦳 Beyonce may never release visuals!

WHAT I’M COMMITTED TO:
🏋🏽‍♂️ The discipline it takes to improve, no matter how the journey looks.
👁️Unseeing, so I can see what I don’t see!
🎥 Recording Ep.1, S.4 of the podcast/webcast 9/5/24 @ 5pm…We’re back!
🐝 Being content sans Beyonce visuals!

🫂: BE BOLD—SHARE SOMETHING BELOW—DON’T GATE-KEEP ANY OF YOUR HEALING…OR ANY SECRET BEYONCE VISUALS!
