I’m still processing Eat, Play, Sleep: Toddler edition, and it was magical to say the least. Every single person who was apart of the event from the veteran Eat, Play, sleepers and their little ones to the new faces that showed up to learn and the amazing vendors and sponsors and co-hosts…I know perfection doesn’t exist, but for a 2 hour span of time, something rare happened.

And it wasn’t because everything went perfectly as planned, but because the people who were in the room all got it… that parenting can be hard, beautiful, joyful, exhausting and overwhelming.

And while I knowledge is power, knowledge by itself is only one piece of the puzzle and when knowledge is paired with community 💣, damn that’s powerful.

And that’s why Eat, Play, Sleep exists.

To my incredibly cohosts @jillybeansnyc and @jessicasspeechandfeeding who I trust, love and learn so much from everything single time we collaborate. Collabs don’t always feel this natural and I feel so grateful to find collaborators who challenge me!
