We had a blast hosting high school students from all four schools in Tippecanoe County from Harrison, Jeff, McCutcheon and West Lafayette @glca_exercise_science and exposing them to CrossFit!! Thank you to @strong_new_hart for planning a fun field trip! Thanks to @jeepmorehouse and @hnvsummer for coaching!

It may have been my job to teach them this year, but words can’t express how much my students taught me. ✨

Missing each and every one of them already and summer has just begun. 🥹🫶🏼

My students got some experience performing fitness assessments today thanks to the incredible crew at @leaps_pd 🙌🏼

LeAPS mission is to help people impacted by Parkinson’s live their best lives through exercise, education, and awareness.

They do that and so much more. Their clients are a close knit community that holds each other accountable, cheers each other on, and supports the overall mission however they can.
