This question is a great litmus test to check whether my/our thoughts are ego based or coming from our higher selves. This is something @glennambrose said on a recent Life, Lessons, & Laughter podcast episode entitled “Individual Achievements” which I found super helpful. When I catch myself creating a mental separation by thinking I am somehow better than, less than, different from, more experienced, did a good job, have lived here longer… etcétera I know that’s my ego, my smaller self. Separation = Ego. Then what? I then do my best to turn that puffed up ego / gloating feeling to a GLOWING feeling, as if I am glowing in gratitude and love, a love that comes through me from a source outside of myself. I give thanks for the experiences I have had, and for everyone’s individual experience, skill, and diversity/perspectives that they are bringing into the world, in order to see others through eyes of love and connectivity. Not through separation. 🙏🏼🩵✨✨✨ #chooselove #universallaw #unity #peace #heartfirst #heartfirstseries Higher self peace universal law love God Universe Consciousness waking up awakening spiritual

Current menopausal mantra 😂 and something that has genuinely been helping me and opening new doors. After listening to @glennambrose ‘s podcast episode “Handling Reoccurring Thoughts” I realized that I too have my “thought loops” and I began to do as Glenn suggested… connect to love. As soon as I began catching myself in a negative or repetitive thought and connecting more and more often to love… more of my intentions began to manifest… reminding me that L🤍VE is the magic ingredient that closes and opens the right doors leading us to exactly where we need to be 🤗✨. #itsalllove #connecttolove #loveistheanswer #loveistheway #areawakening #heartfirst #heartfirstseries #followyourheart #femalebookseries #adventurebookseries

Oh what a journey it has been. My life coach @glennambrose has helped me navigate many difficult times with the wisdom only one could gain from life experience and connection to source. We started working together prior to me fully understanding I was in the midst of one awakening after another. He helped me remember my own strength and helped me find my wings. Check out our special coach/client convo! https://youtu.be/0JjY_S7ymDw

Still grounding and integrating from my amazing trip to the Dominican Republic. So thankful for the beautiful souls I met (humans, animals, plants, elements and all) and the memories that were made. What an honor it is to receive the love, strength, and infinite knowledge that comes from these sacred medicines. The downloads that occurred while I was in that beautiful space, the visions, the dreams, the peace and remembrance was so powerful and has followed me back home.

I’m all in. This healing of life long. I’m following my callings and my internal guidance. So grateful. So thankful. I’m healing through the feelings.
