What a powerful weekend🔥🤍 Lives were elevated. Hearts were changed. And I’m in complete awe of everything God did at our Elev8 Her Women’s Wellness Retreat.🤍 We worshiped. We surrendered. We got honest about who we run to in times of trouble. We forgave. We built new friendships. And we made space to truly hear from God. From nourishing our bodies with intentional meals (thank you @captaingeorges for the dinners 🫶🏽), to beach workouts, to learning about hormone & gut health with @bethanieandashley @ashleygrosch … this weekend was about whole-body wellness—spirit, soul, and body. We experienced: ✨ Cupping with @caseyevertz.dpt ✨ Prayer boards with @selahrevivalco ✨ Massages by the pool with @kineticrestoration ✨ A powerful message on forgiveness by @kyrusbw ✨ Worship that shifted atmospheres led by @indew @glgmuxic ✨Powerful time of prayer with @kyrusww20 ✨Inner healing sessions with @amandalynn777 We wrote down the words that have been spoken over us…. lies, the labels, the things that kept us stuck… and watched them literally dissolve in water. A visual reminder that God broke those things OFF. 🔥 Each woman was anointed with oil. We took communion together. And we were equipped to walk this out in our homes, workplaces, and communities. We closed with a scripture-led breathwork session with @followurarrow regulating our nervous systems, slowing down, and allowing God’s Word to guide every breath. And I can confidently say… ✨ We were marked. ✨ We will never be the same. God did exceedingly, abundantly more than I could have asked, thought, or imagined. So thankful for every single woman who said yes.🙏🏽 And to my girls: Inde, thank you for being by my side for year two, keeping me laughing until I cry, praying heaven on earth, worshipping like only you can, and all you did this weekend. 🤍 Autumn, thank you for leading the sessions for us and all you brought! 🤝We had some incredible partners who sowed into this retreat in such a big way. Sometimes the most powerful moments happen when we simply slow down, worship, and remember what Jesus has done. Last night’s Elev8 Her gathering was one of those nights.🤍 We began with a powerful time of worship led by @indew and @glgmuxic 🙌🏽🔥 Thank you both for leading us into such a beautiful atmosphere and creating space for the Holy Spirit to move in our lives through worship. Together we took communion, remembering the death and resurrection of Jesus and the incredible hope we have because of Him. We also had so much fun creating our resurrection garden plants, led by our amazing host @rockstobeaknox 🌿 Thank you Ashley for blessing us with all the supplies, guiding us through the activity (preach girl!), and being the best host. These little gardens are something we get to take home as a reminder of the resurrection and the life we have in Christ. ✨Worship. Communion. Creativity. Community. So grateful for every woman who came and made the night so special. These gatherings are always a reminder of how powerful it is when women come together to grow in faith and encourage one another.
