My favorite hold so far. I've been working on this one for a while. I'm a one man team with a small garage space trying to make creative holds. This is only the beginning. #bouldering #climbing

I just made new climbing holds for @glhfshop . I finally found my favorite way to make texture on dual text. These are the first holds I feel comfortable with actually launching on my shop. This is only the beginning of my climb holds journey and thank you for supporting 🫡#bouldering #climbing

Watch my shape this new set of climbing holds. I've been wanting to do some little crimps and pinches that can come all together in a pack. This time i'm using polyurethane foam and it is honestly perfect for shaping. It does exactly what you want it to do. What color should these holds be? #bouldering #climbing #climbholds

First hand made hollow polyester fiberglass climbing hold will be available for Preorders on @glhfshop . I got the texture down how I want it. Now I will use this process along with some other tricks i've been learning with hold making. There's so many ways to go about it. I'm excited for the future. #bouldering #climbing #climbhold

I went into this hold making idea knowing it would be a challenge. What I didn't know is how much I'd end up loving it. My fourth prototype climbing hold is finished and i'm moving on to creating my first official hold I will release on @glhfshop . The more I create the better I will get. I already know how I will continue to improve molds and workflow. Introducing 3D printing eventually. #bouldering #climbing

How to make frozen fruit pineapple ice cream with 2 ingredients. Pineapple and coconut cream. Just freeze the fruit for at least 7 hours before hand. Maybe slice the pineapple the other way to not get the pit. It's hard to scrape that part. Would you try this?

Limited drop incoming. We soft launched and noticed the "Crimp" tee was a pretty popular choice so we inverted it on a black heavy cotton tee with the yellow art. These will be limited so follow @glhftees for updates and DM if interested. #bouldering #climbing

The global demand for ube is skyrocketing, but Philippine supply is struggling to keep up. Often called "purple gold," this vibrant root crop is facing a crisis: while the world craves its unique, earthy flavor, local farmers face climate challenges and inconsistent yields.
The future of ube depends on modernizing how we farm—shifting from seasonal crops to tech-driven, sustainable production. If we don’t scale now, we risk losing the authentic, premium quality that makes Filipino ube the best in the world. 💜🇵🇭
